Do you provide Certificate of Authenticity?
A certificate of authenticity is provided with all the paintings. The certificate states the following:
– The painting’s name and dimensions
* Krisai Art & Copyright stamp
* Krisai original signature
* The date the painting was created
* The medium used to create the art
* The location of Creation (USA)
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes, we would love to create something that fits in your space. Reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know your requirements.
How do I place an order?
It is a piece of cake, click the “Add To Cart” button from the page displaying your artwork you wish to purchase and follow through with the checkout process inputting your shipping and billing information.
Do you have a physical gallery location?
We do not operate a physical gallery, however we do participate in exhibitions, art fairs around the world.
When do you charge my credit card?
We charge your credit card when you place an order with us.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit/debit cards, crypto-currency, wire transfers, checks, e-checks. If you wish to pay other than credit/debit card, please contact us prior to placing an order.
Do you store my payment or other details?
No. All payments are done through encrypted form. We only use your shipping address to dispatch the artwork and your contact details to provide you a smooth & timely update.
What do you charge for shipping?
Our prices includes shipping cost. Some custom orders and stretched canvases may have additional shipping cost.
How do you ship?
We ship through FedEx, UPS and other common carriers.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently accept orders from outside of the United States. Additional packaging, shipping, customs and/or import fees may apply. Please contact us prior to placing an order so we can accurately quote a price for you. All payments must be received in US dollars prior to shipping. Returns may not be accepted for orders shipped outside of the United States.
How do you pack the art work?
All paintings are professionally packed using bubble wrap, poly-foam sheets and corrugated box for added security along with ‘FRAGILE’ stickers placed over the box.
Can I purchase enhanced or faster delivery?
Yes. Please contact us prior to placing an order so we can help you.
When will I receive my item(s)?
Great things happen by being patient. Normally we ship the original painting with-in 4-5 working days. Some paintings that needs to be re-created or custom orders may take addition 7-10 days.
Can I cancel an order?
Sorry to hear that, but if you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to cancel your order and process a refund. This may not apply to custom or special orders where work may have been done to alter or create a piece to your specifications. If the item has already shipped you will have to abide by our return policy.
What is your return policy?
In case you don’t like your purchase, you received a defected item or simply you changed your mind then let us know. We allow you to return the original artwork with no question asked within 15 days from the time you received the item. This does NOT apply to special orders, custom orders or orders sent outside of the contiguous United States.
How do I return an item?
We want to make your experience wonderful and hassle free with krisaiart.com. Just contact us before returning an item and we will arrange a pick up at our own cost. You just need to pack the item carefully in it’s original form and keep it ready to get picked up.
What about damaged items?
In case if you see the damaged packaging then do not accept the parcel, rather click the image of the package and do send it to us.
In case if the item you receive is damaged then also do click the image and let us know. We will do our best to refund/replace your item at the earliest.
